“ SERVICE IS TERRIBLY BAD!!! I placed my order at the counter and was given a receipt which stated the Date and Time: Dec. 8, 2023 @ 8:31PM. I was told that the food would be served in 10 minutes. I followed up after 15 minutes, then at 18th min; and 20th min. At exactly 9am I went to the counter to ask and placed my complaint about the delayed food! TAMIMI SILANG LAHAT AT NAGTINGINAN LANG! I never heard of any apology nor explanation! BTW, the soup was served on the 15th min of waiting ( and already warm) Finally the food was served at 9:02pm! N.b. I am a Senior Citizen. ”
